The Board of Directors provides strategic oversight, approves budgets and policies, and ensures long-term sustainability of the organization. Editorial Governance Office acts as the operational link between editors and the publisher.

Editorial decisions are made independently of commercial considerations. Editors have full authority over content. We maintain transparent processes for peer review, editorial decisions, and organizational operations.
