Xpertia Launches Regional University Library Consortium
Xpertia Publishing has signed institutional partnership agreements with seven university libraries across the MENA region, establishing the Xpertia Regional Library Consortium as a formal entity for the first time.
Under the agreements, students, researchers, and faculty at member institutions will benefit from streamlined access to the full Xpertia journal portfolio, enhanced discoverability tools integrated with institutional library systems, and priority support for submission and publication enquiries.
The consortium will also collaborate on shared open access advocacy, contributing to national and regional discussions on research policy and funding. Representatives from member libraries will sit on a newly formed Xpertia Advisory Council that provides guidance on platform development priorities.
The founding members of the consortium are from Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates. The consortium is open to additional institutional members; libraries interested in joining are invited to contact our partnerships team.
This partnership reflects our commitment to ensuring that research produced in the region is not only published with rigour but also accessible — both within the academic community and beyond it.
