This guide summarizes the main resources, policies, and practical tools available to authors publishing in journals operated by Xpertia Publishing. It is designed to support authors from initial idea through submission, peer review, revision, and final publication.

2. Preparing Your Manuscript

2.1 Instructions for Authors

Authors must consult the specific journal's Instructions for Authors for: Aims and scope, Article types, Word limits, Reference styles, and Language requirements.

2.2 Templates & Tools

We provide: Word/LaTeX templates, Cover letter templates, Response checklists.

3. Ethical Responsibilities

Authors must follow all ethical policies including Originality, Proper authorship attribution, and Full disclosure of funding/COI.

Relevant policies include: Malpractice Statement, Authorship Policy, COI Policy, and Data Availability Policy.

4. Submission & Peer Review
